In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

“Contract” means the binding agreement between you and us for the supply of Goods, formed when we accept your Order.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of Goods by us to you, to the exclusion of any other terms that you seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.
All Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion. An Order is not accepted until we issue a written confirmation of dispatch or delivery.
Prices are as quoted on our website or as confirmed at the time of your Order. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time prior to acceptance of your Order.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch of Goods unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and such other methods as we may specify. Late payments shall incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver Goods within the estimated timescales provided; however, delivery times are approximate only and do not form part of the Contract. Time of delivery is not of the essence.
Risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your Order. If you fail to take delivery, we may charge reasonable storage and redelivery costs.
You must inspect Goods upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any damage, defect or shortage. Failure to notify within this period may affect your rights under these Terms.
You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving the Goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods unless they are faulty or misdescribed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. We will refund the full price of the Goods including standard delivery charges. We may deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the Goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary.
We warrant that the Goods will conform in all material respects with their description and will be free from material defects for a period of 12 months from delivery. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Contract, shall not exceed the price paid for the Goods.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
All intellectual property rights in the Goods, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly set out herein.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any materials provided by us without prior written consent.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By placing an Order, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and up to date.
We may use your data for the purposes of fulfilling your Order, improving our services, and communicating with you regarding your account. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your Order or as required by law.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
